4Skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

400gMixed stir-fry vegetables

4Garlic cloves, crushed

4 tbspGarlic cloves, crushed

2 tbspDark soy sauce

2 tbspWhite wine vinegar

1 tbspSweet chilli sauce

1 tspChinese five-spice powder

Method

Mix the light soy sauce, chilli sauce, wine vinegar, garlic and five-spice powder in a wide bowl. Add the chicken and toss to mix well.

Spray a large wok with low calorie cooking spray and place over a high heat. Add the chicken mixture and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.

Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, then add the dark soy sauce and toss together for 1-2 minutes until piping hot.

Serve hot with boiled rice.
