Raspberry and Blackberry Jelly

Fruit and jelly make a great dessert and this version includes lots of luscious fresh berries.

Ingredients for  4  Servings

  • 300g
    Raspberries
  • 300g
    Blackberries
  • 2 x 12g
    Sachets sugar free lemon jelly crystals
  • To Serve

Method

  1. Divide the berries between 4 large dessert glasses. Place in the fridge to chill.
  2. Make the jelly according to the packet instructions and, when cool, pour over the chilled fruit. Refridgerate for 5-6 hours, or until just set.
  3. To serve, place 1 tablespoon of yogurt on top of each jelly and garnish with raspberries and blackberries.
