2 x 12gSachets sugar free lemon and lime jelly crystals

4Large oranges, peeled and segmented

600gLow fat custard

400gLow fat natural fromage frais

1 tspCocoa power, to dust

Method

Make the jelly according to the packet instructions and allow to cool.

Divide the orange segments between six dessert bowls or glasses reserving a few segments for decoration.

Pour the cooled jelly mixture over the segments and chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours or until set.

Spoon the custard over the set jellies and top with the fromage frais.

Decorate with the reserved orange segments and lightly dust with cocoa powder before serving.
