Orange and Lime Jelly Pots

A match made in dessert heaven - orange segments set in a lemon and lime jelly, topped with a creamy layer of custard and a sprinkle of cocoa.

Ingredients to make 6

  • 2 x 12g
    Sachets sugar free lemon and lime jelly crystals
  • 4
    Large oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 600g
    Low fat custard
  • 400g
    Low fat natural fromage frais
  • 1 tsp
    Cocoa power, to dust

Method

  1. Make the jelly according to the packet instructions and allow to cool.
  2. Divide the orange segments between six dessert bowls or glasses reserving a few segments for decoration.
  3. Pour the cooled jelly mixture over the segments and chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours or until set.
  4. Spoon the custard over the set jellies and top with the fromage frais.
  5. Decorate with the reserved orange segments and lightly dust with cocoa powder before serving.
