1 x 12gSugar free raspberry jelly crystals

400mlBoiling water

2 tbspSherry (Vegetarian variety)

450gMixed berries

1 tbspArtificial sweetner

500gLow fat custard

250gQuark

250gLow fat natural fromage frais

Method

Make up the jelly with boiling water and allow to cool. Stir in the sherry.

Place the berries in a medium-sized trifle bowl, sprinkle with the sweetner and mix well.

Pour the cooled jelly mixture over the berries, then cover and chill for 3-4 hours, or until set.

Pour the custard over the set jelly mixture.

Make up the topping by whisking together the quark, fromage frais and sweetner to taste until smooth. Spoon the mixture over the custard, then chill for 2-3 hours before serving topped with the strawberries and sprinkled with chocolate vermicelli.
