
Strawberry Lassi
Try this chilled strawberry smoothie as a healthy alternative to milkshake. Add a little sugar if you like, but if your strawberries are naturally sweet you won't need it.

250mlPlain yoghurt

400gRipe strawberries, hulled

2 tbspSugar, or to taste (optional)

-Ice cubes, to serve

Method

Put the strawberries and yoghurt in a blender and blend until frothy and smooth. Taste and add a little sugar, if desired.
