Strawberry Lassi

Try this chilled strawberry smoothie as a healthy alternative to milkshake. Add a little sugar if you like, but if your strawberries are naturally sweet you won't need it.

Ingredients for  1-2  Servings

  • 250ml
    Plain yoghurt
  • 400g
    Ripe strawberries, hulled
  • 2 tbsp
    Sugar, or to taste (optional)
  • -
    Ice cubes, to serve

Method

  1. Put the strawberries and yoghurt in a blender and blend until frothy and smooth. Taste and add a little sugar, if desired.
  2. Pour into serving glasses filled with ice and serve.
