Ingredients for  2  Servings

  • 340g
    Fat-free natural Greek-style yogurt
  • 1
    Banana, peeled and sliced
  • 15g
    Mixed seeds

Method

  1. Divide the yogurt between two small bowls. Scatter the banana on top.
  2. Sprinkle with seeds or nuts and serve.

Notes

Mixed seeds (pumpkin, sesame and sunflower) or use toasted flaked almonds.
