Blue Cheese Dressing

A tangy blue cheese salad dressing that's made in the food processor for ease, but can also be blended together using a fork or small whisk if that's easier for you.

Ingredients to make 160ml

  • 50g
    Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp
    White wine vinegar or cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp
    Walnut or hazelnut oil
  • 3 tbsp
    Sunflower oil
  • Dash
    Lemon juice
  • -
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Process all the dressing ingredients together in a food processor, adding just enough lemon juice to sharpen up the flavour. Add salt and pepper to taste.
