Grapeseed Oil

A light green oil which is pressed from the seeds of various varieties of Vitis vinifera grapes, an abundant by-product of wine-making.

Grapeseed oil is surprisingly neutral in taste and doesn't have any of the floral or nutty taste you find in many other oils. Use whenever you want to add fat, but not flavor, to a dish.

Grapeseed oil is a significant source of both vitamin E and omega 6 fatty acids.
